Standard Returns

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, email support@zuvaire.com with your order number.

Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• For defective or damaged items, we'll replace them at no additional cost.

VIP Membership Refunds

• The $29.99 monthly fee is not refundable.
• You can cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
