Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping & Delivery Times We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs clearance, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 1–3 days to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for any additional costs related to customs clearance or import regulations.
Damaged or Lost Packages We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your package was damaged upon arrival, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If your package is lost, reach out to us at support@zuvaire.com and we will assist you in tracking it.
Wrong Address Disclaimer Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If your order has already shipped, we cannot change or reroute the package.
Returns Due to Delivery Issues If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package, it may be returned to our warehouse. In this case, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and may receive a refund minus shipping costs once the package is received and inspected.
